How the Initiate Path Works

Initiates earn alignment by contributing directly to real acquisitions.

Step-by-Step:

1. Submit an Initiate application
2. Receive a nomination from a current Member
3. Select your Alignment
4. Bring one of the following to the Group:

• A business you own
• A business you’re negotiating to acquire
• A qualified seller lead for TSG acquisition
• Participate in the acquisition process
• Demonstrate measurable value in the deal or operations

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 5. Alternate Entry: The Call-Up

• An Initiate may be elevated to Membership without bringing a business if:
• A Member requires their specialized alignment for an acquisition
• They are invited into a deal in a defined operational or strategic role

This is known internally as being “called up.”

You qualify for Membership by contributing real, measurable value to a real acquisition — either one you brought or one you were called into.
